SCMA SCAM SCAM. I got scammed and didnt stay, he asked to request for refund and until now not refunded. Look at other comments before purchasing, they will redirect you to other properties upon arrival. Wtf

I'm not like anything from them

I'm never stay at there.the property owner not answering my call and text when arrived there.i can't get the key for the room because not responding. I'm struggling on that day because of property owner.im not have any choice and try to check in other hotels.

The Host is very rude and have cheated us. Till now he haven’t refund back our money RM 657. We did check in at 1.30am in the morning with my baby. He did not pick up the call and have to wait for almost 30 minutes at car park. And then he picked up our call and give us the password for the room door. What was shocking was the house was in full damage , bathroom tub don’t have 4 tiles and the pipe is rusty , Aircond water was leaking till the kitchen area was flooded , the mattress has bed bug and our body started to have this itches and redness. We were keep calling him to ask for different room or give us back our money but he did not picked up our call and we got no choice to move our from the unit with my baby. And then in the morning he casually texting us back telling that can change the unit for us. We told him we don’t want and want our refund back and we told him we won’t refund the card and key for the unit till we get back our money. For my surprise he does not even bother about it and he have messaged me back telling to keep it and he can make new one. I called booking.com to make a complaint and seek for my refund and till now there is no update yet from both party. This is very disappointing and I am loyal customer of booking.com and this incident give me a bad impression on how come this platform can still allow this type of agent to do the property add in this platform. I won’t be using this platform anymore and prefer to use agoda better.

Please don’t book this unit Guys - he is a scammer and the unit is in bad conditions. Please don’t get cheated guys.

bed sheet are old smelly and most of the toilet not well maintain

The unit was not Properly maintain. One of the bathroom was taped off, not working. Agent refused to fix. The bed sheets n pillow looks dirty. Aìrcon remote controller not working, needed new batteries.

Just the locality and spaciousness of the room It had a rather nice balcony facing the sea Quiet location and not many people

Finding the parking bay and entrance to the unit

Location was good.

The agent was very bad and unprofessional. On the first day on our way to the location the agent said there was a sudden electrical issue and you will be given another unit at a different location. We didn’t agree. Then they gave us the same unit but I have to drive to a different location to get the keys. After getting the keys when we come back to to park the car the parking access card was not working. There are a lot to say bad about this trip. They totally ruined our trip. When we got into the unit it’s unclean. Cockroaches everywhere. Water leaks from bathroom ceiling. Please provide a space to post pictures and videos if you can

Environment is nice

Ask for extra money for early check in .and ask for check out early at 11am . Netflix not working remote issue .
