GBFirst impressions wasn’t great I must admit, when we walked in after a long day of travel and horrendous transfer booked through booking.com. There was a very strong musty smell when entering it was really over powering. Realised it was coming from the bathroom matts as the boiler leaks every so slightly and the matts had soaked all the water up they where absolutely soaked and had managed to make all soft furnishings smell musty. I put the matts on the airer on balcony opened all the windows and cleaned the bathroom floor and placed a bucket under the dripping and the smell had very much subsided by the next day. For the price we paid I really am not complaining it just wasn’t a good first impression. Youssef was extremely helpful and responded to all enquiries immediately. I thought I had done my research before arrival google maps makes the area look quite busy with shops and restaurants. In reality it’s quite remote and I felt we were the only tourists for miles. We traveled during Ramadan so most things were shut during the day. Youssef kindly advised downloading inDrive app for taxis which was a life saver for us as it meant we could travel further afield to restaurants and shops. With more knowledge of the area I would definitely go back now having the tools to enable an easier trip.

GBGBVery nice cosy flat and the landlord Youssef was very easy to communicate with. The kitchen was very useful as it had all the utensils available.
There was no heating in the flat as we travelled in January it was a little chilly in the evening.

Could use a paint touch up, paper cups, napkins, livingroom fixture adjusted, lighting before entrance to apartment, new batteries on door handle, washer and no dryer.
PTFlat has a lot of room and is very comfortable.
It doesn't have AC, but it was not uncomfortably hot. The location is a little bit far if you want to visit the city center.

ESThe apartment was lovely and Youssef was ready to help and reply to all our questions. It was clean, tidy, and had the majority of basic products you'd need for your stay. It is situated in a calm zone, without the noise of the city. Next to the apartment complex, there is a café and a couple of little stores where you can buy food or cleaning products.
There was nothing to not like. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the fact that the pool couldn't be used. It would have been nice to know in advance.
