"Chokingly poor."

It was a scam. They moved me to a hostel (not a hotel) which was clearly of low standard like lower end of 2* which was not what we paid for. Booking.com tried to iron it out by a compensation which covers at best half the price difference differential whereas the extremely bad experience is not compensated. It really makes booking.com a questionable provider and bear in mind me and my family already booked several times through booking.com. But it would take a sorting out of this to make me return
