I loved the safety Location close to tourist attractions Clean ,Fan ,dish washer and clothes washing What you see on the pics is what you get. Friendly reception guy Balcony overlooking the street Convenient store right next door closing at 3am

Noise from outside the streets specially weekend.

Het is een ruim opgezet appartement met een uitgebreide inventaris. De locatie is midden in het uitgaansgebied en daarom lopen er best wel wat ongure types rond. Gelukkig is er veel beveiliging op straat, dus hadden wij hier geen problemen mee. De auto moet op straat worden geparkeerd, maar nag daar niet te lang staan en het personeel achter de receptie kon niet helpen met een oplossing. Na de 1e bekeuring toch een parkeergarage gevonden in Burghstreet (3 minuten lopen)

Het is al eerder genoemd, maar er is best veel geluidsoverlast vanaf straat. Dat us de reden voor een 7 en anders was het een 9 waard

Area Loud music from 2am untill 5am,dagga/weed smoking and stench coming into apartment. Do consider soundproofing please otherwise apartment is perfect

The welcome gift of a excellent bottle of South African wine, and bowl of fruit encapsulated the experience. Loved it! The decor and furnishings in the apartment were superb. It had every mod con that I needed to make my stay comfortable; from microwave to washing machine, to a dishwasher. Everything was clean and spotless. Designer bathroom with top quality shower gel. shampoo and conditioner. The bed was so so comfortable. But what I loved most was the balcony, which had a relaxing seating area and table, so that I could sit outside every day, enjoy the sunshine, watch the world go by as I ate, or sipped wine. I had breakfast on the balcony every morning. The mini market downstairs was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

The only downside was the noise at night from party revellers, which woke me up a couple of times in the early hours of the morning. These people seemed to lack any awareness or consideration for other people who were asleep.. There's a lot of building work taking place nearby, and the traffic was sometimes very heavy. But this didn't bother me too much. I would stay there again.
