The Dream Inn Guesthouse Pasikudah

Ashok war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und auch das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön mit einem großen Garten und viel Grün. Es gibt 3 Bungalows mit jeweils einem sehr großzügigen Zimmer und sehr schönen Badezimmern. Ein besonderes Highlight war das halboffene Badezimmer. Man kann ein sehr reichhaltiges und schmackhaftes Frühstück dazubuchen und wir haben auch einen Abend ein sehr leckeres Abendessen genossen. Wir können dieses Guesthouse jedem sehr empfehlen, der einen Aufenthalt in Passikudah plant. Beide Strände sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch ein Shop und einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette maison d'hôtes à taille humaine (3 bungalows). Ashok a été un hôte très accueillant, toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins (excursions, laverie, repas). Nous avons adoré le plat de crevettes géantes préparé par ses soins, un délice ! La chambre est spacieuse et il est très agréable d'avoir une salle de bain à ciel ouvert. Excellent rapport qualité prix, grand confort

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der schöne Garten ist eine Ruhe-Oase und gleichzeitig Begegnungsort mit den anderen Gästen und Gastgeber Ashok gewesen. Er war sehr freundlich und präsent, man fühlte sich bestens umsorgt. Er hat uns das Taxi für die Weiterfahrt organisiert, was reibungslos geklappt hat. Das western Frühstück mit frischen Früchten, Fruchtsaft, Toast und Kaffee war lecker. Die Bungalows sind noch sehr neu und wirklich schön gestaltet.

The room was massive and very clean. Host was very friendly and cooked a delicious dinner. He is very knowledgeable and is a survivor of the 2004 Tusnami. Prices are in Euros. Cash only. Very peaceful area, very close to the beach. ⛱️ 🙏 It was our anniversary, and the bed was decorated beautifully. Thank you

Le lieu est magnifique, extérieur et intérieur et particulièrement propre et agréable. Il est situé a 5min a pied de la plage de passikudah et 10mn de la plage de kalkudah. Ashok est particulièrement gentil et attentionné et sa cuisine est très bonne. Il nous a arrangé une sortie en snorkling et notre trajet de départ à prix négocié. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain est particulièrement agréable (des mieux organisées , propres et saines que nous ayons eu au cours de notre voyage). Nous recommandons fortement et encourageons Ashok dans son projet d'agrandissement.

Le prix de la restauration reste élevé (petit dejeuner et dinner)

Good location, clean room

A hidden gem in Passikudah – absolutely recommended! The Dream Inn Guesthouse truly surprised us in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly attentive, warm, and welcoming. We stayed in the spacious garden villa, which offered more than enough room for the three of us—our 9-year-old son even had his own bed. The room was spotlessly clean, air-conditioned, and equipped with a top-quality mattress that gave us two very restful nights. One of the highlights was the semi-open bathroom, beautifully integrated into the natural surroundings—functional, charming, and impeccably clean. We especially loved the peaceful little garden terrace, which opened up into a lovingly maintained garden and offered the perfect spot to relax. The location is also ideal—just a short 2 to 5-minute walk from several stunning and quiet beaches. Breakfast was another highlight. We chose the local Sri Lankan option each morning and were blown away by how delicious and authentic it was. In summary: a friendly host, excellent comfort and cleanliness, beautiful natural surroundings, and amazing local food. We only stayed for two nights this time, but we will definitely come back—and stay longer next time! Highly recommended!

Everything was just perfect. I stayed with my girlfriend (sadly just for one night) and what we experienced was just perfect. The Room - Clean, modern, really tidy and so much space for all of our luggage - same with the toilette room and the shower) The garden is just a beautiful Oasis with lots of areas to hang out and relax. The staff member's are so friendly and helpful with all requests which made out stay really enjoyable. For breakfast we were asked if we want to try their own grown bananas - they were so delicious 😋 Overall 10/10

We loved our 2 night stay here at The Dream Inn Guesthouse. The room had a beautiful aesthetic, was incredibly clean and very spacious. The grounds were lovely, creating a tropical oasis and a sense of calm. The staff were very attentive and friendly, always taking the time to chat with our little boy, sharing their Sri Lankan hospitality. The beach, just a short 5 minute walk away, was nice and calm, making it the ideal beach for swimming ☀️ Thank you for having us on our short, but sweet stopover in Passikudah.
