Loved everything! Unfortunately the pool was out of service, but that was beyond their control

It was everything we expected. We knew we would have to supply our own linens, make our beds, etc. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and a perfect place to stay during our sons lacrosse tournament at DE Turf Complex

The staff at the front desk needed better people skills, in particular one women, a brunette who seemed to have woken up on the wrong side of the bed, was quite rude, unfriendly and seemed to hate her job. Staff on a hold was very young and needed more training, again better communications skills. Seemed like a bunch of young college and high school kids running the place. Also many of the activities that were advertised were cancelled during our stay. Also we had to bring our own trash out to dumpsters. I have stayed at other Sun brands properties and we were able to place our trash in bags out in front of cabins for daily pick up. The supplies in the kitchen, i.e., pots and pans were quite old and not of a variety that were needed for a weekly stay. Other Sun properties we have stayed in are run more professionally, and had on site cafes, and food options as well as trash pick up, etc.
