Very spacious and modern

The washing machine (washer/dryer) had the WORST mold smell emitting off of it. Initially we could smell it but it wasn’t too bad but as soon as we washed load of laundry, the entire unit smelled of mold. We spent the rest of the time trying to air out the rooms by keeping all the windows and doors open, wearing masks to subdue the smell, keeping all the fans on including the stove top fan. We spent as little time as possible inside the unit which is a shame because it was beautiful and we wanted to use the pool. The staff was very attentive to the messages we sent and came in to wash the machine with full assurances that when they were done the smell was gone. When we came back home, there was little to no difference in the mold smell. The following day they were able to offer us a change of rooms. This fully solved the problem. We moved from unit 5 to 3 and there was no smell in unit 3. Unfortunately we moved there at 9 pm and were checking out the following day at 11am. The staff was helpful and replied in a reasonable amount of time. Also some weird things about the unit, the air conditioner pipes were setup above the couch and would drip water from condensation onto the couch.

Good amenities and clean.

TV was confusing but not too hard to figure out.

We were very lucky to have a nice deal. We really enjoyed the luxury of our own Vila with private pool. It is very spacious.

There were no basic amenities to make food or drinks. Like oil, pepper, salt, tea, coffee filters or coffee.

子供もいるので、ホテルの狭い部屋より、広い部屋でみんなと一緒に入れたこと。 リファのドライヤーやアイロンがあった。トイレお風呂が２つで大人数での使用に大変助かった。 プールもジャグジーついていて、こどもは喜んだ。

洗濯機の中がカビだらけで、洗濯したくなかったけど、タオルは１人１つしかないので、我慢してタオルを使用した。 できれば、洗濯しないでいいように、毎日タオルやアメニティくらいは新しいものを使用したい。 旅行きて洗濯しないといけない状況で母親がただかわいそうだった。 プールもついているので、タオルは多めにほしいし、電話したらもらえるなどがあればよかったのにと思っている。

距離美麗海很近，但附近買東西比較不方便…畢竟北部就是這樣～另外是室內環境很乾淨…滿舒服的～

我住4號房…浴缸那一側的免治馬桶故障，水非常小無法調整…淋浴的水龍頭很緊，洗澡時手上有泡沫時非常難轉開… 另外水質好像不太好，煮水上面會有很多白色漂浮物…

住宿空間非常舒適! 有兩間能住得下四人的房間以及一間有三張日式床鋪的小和式房(但這間我覺得兩位大人+一位8歲以前的小朋友住差不多)，有投影機、有附洗衣精且洗衣機可以使用(但洗衣機有點發霉)! 碗盤鍋具餐具都有，還有附上洗碗精~~ 對我來說最棒的是竟然有附refa吹風機和直髮夾! 馬桶有兩個、淋浴間一個及一個附浴缸的浴室~ 可惜這次小朋友沒用到泳池，下次絕對會再次選擇這家! 住宿地點離美麗海很近，民宿附近有一間走路可能十分鐘會到的全家、開車八分鐘左右可以到大型超市。

入住需填寫民宿方需要的訊息(對方使用日文，可使用gemini協助翻譯)(訊息包含護照、信用卡資訊)，這點是沖繩官方要求且無人櫃台都必須要做的(但一開始真的很怕遇到詐騙，可以使用mail多方查證)，以上個人會覺得隱私比較沒那麼有保障。有一點點清潔沒那麼到位(在床附近發現之前房客拔下來的隱眼和沙發上有棉花棒)，垃圾桶腳踩的地方壞掉。

地點絕佳，適合以北部為出發點旅程
