Facilities were okay

Property was dirty, skirting boards missing etc, missing blinds, wifi would have been better in jail, location was poor but very central, loud music right next door. Lock to the front entrance was extremely hard to get into with other guests also struggling with it, keysafes were impossible to open, payments VIA bank transfer seem very unprofessional, weak replies from host, Sean was rude and arrogant, had to ask for deposit back. Clearly hoping people forget about it

Location was perfect. Apartment was clean, comfy beds. Everything you needed in Apartment. Easy communication with host.

It was so hot in apartment, no windows to let fresh air in.

We where moved to another apartment on the day of arrival due to a maintenance problem. It was in Harrington Street. Nice apartment.

We couldn't connect to the wifi, so no smart tv, but Sean came out to tune it all back in. Unfortunately it went off again so we did without.

Good location but noisy

Noisy as window in kitchen area did not close properly and left a gap. I had to contact landlord repeatedly for deposit back, even though it did state in message that it would be returned. He then asked for bank details for said return, which he should have had details for when I sent it. In my opinion, they are hoping people will forget about deposit and not return it!!! Landlord does go against Booking.com rules by asking for photo ID and deposit!!!!

Location was good.

We checked in on Friday, noticed there was a leak from the boiler as the boiler room carpet was drenched , took a video and sent it out to our contact. He replied back and said he was sending a plumber out. He asked us to switch the water off. With no alternative plan for us even after plumber told him boiler was bad. Therefore no access to water or hot water. Meaning we couldn't have a shower. Imagine 6 ladies not having access to shower facility. I reached out to him and he said he was going to compensate us through a % of refund for the inconvenience. We still haven't received our bond money nor our compensation. We spent 2 nights at the accommodation. It's been over 1 week since we checked. No word. We are not particularly happy as you may have noticed.

Appartment had no hot water and there were problems when trying to make payment due to their banl account being flagged by bank!

Lovely apartment. Perfect location

Very disappointed with Sean’s attitude. In fact he was quite rude. We accidentally locked ourselves out and couldn’t make contact so we tried booking another apartment so we could get the code and telephone number. When we did eventually talk to him his attitude was disgusting
