Luxury Penthouse With View&Starlink

The property and owner were great!

The only downside was the bed, the mattress was not what I’m used to. I ended up with back pain the whole stay. Not to take anything away from the property itself but if I had 1 complaint that would be it. Otherwise very much enjoyed the stay in the very spacious penthouse 😊

Located corner Burgos and Juanluna You go up about 16 steps to the first apartment,  you walk through that apartment,  whether or not anyone else is staying there,  then you walk up another 16 or so stairs to the penthouse.  Once there it is nicely appointed,  there's a generous balcony,  a large bedroom, a separate dining room and a separate kitchen.  There is a CR adjacent to the main bedroom and a separate bedroom off the main bedroom with a single bed. The views are not great by any means and it's not as high as I would expect a penthouse to be but, at approximately 2,500 Pesos a night, it's definitely not over priced and the people are very helpful. If you need to stay in Dapa, this is not a bad choice.

There was no breakfast offered. In their website it was indicated that breakfast was included. I was disappointed.

We had such a great week staying in this beautiful luxurious apartment in the heart of Dapa just 5 min walking to the port. It had all the comforts we needed to after spending almost a month in the Philippines. The owner checked on us since the very beginning just to make sure that our staying was as we expected and actually it exceeded it. The apartment has a very comfy beds, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and the best bathroom with a huge shower and the Aircon works perfectly!! And the best part was the terrace where we could have a great times at sunset and sunrise! We were very happy with the caretaker and the maintenance guy who are such a reliable people and looked after us! The owner and the staff solved in a blink of an eye any single issue that we had...they actually brought a generator very quickly in order to not letting us without electricity when a power cut happened and we could rent a motorbike from them which allowed us to travel troughout the island very comfortably and for a cheap price. So we couldn't be more satisfied with our staying!!! Do not hesitate to choose this great apartment when you decide to stay in Siargao even for one night!

Owner was very helpful at very short notice

It was very clean and nice.

A lot of space, the owner paid attention to detail. Room and dining area is aircon. Spacious balcony area too and kitchen. It’s a great value when need a place to spend the night and get a lot of errands done in dapa. Manager of property was on point, friendly and so helpful when I forgot my keys he was 1 second away.

No sign on street so I wasn’t sure if it was a scam at first.

The crew was very nice and helpful, the appartment was hugh and well equipped. Very close to dappa pier, the appartment owner also helped me with transportation to the pier for free.

It was quite large with plenty of room balcony, where you can see. Enjoy the fresh air and smoke if you wish.

It was up loads of steps, , although the gentleman, there did carry my heavy bag of the steps for me, you seem to walk through, somebody else’s apartment to get to the room, which was really weird
