Two Disappointments: 1. City Taxes Not Mentioned The hotel did not mention that city taxes would be charged separately. As a result, we had to pay more than expected. This important information must be included in the description. 2. Washing Machine Disaster The washing machine caused a major problem. We loaded it and left to chat with friends. When we returned, we found the kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and part of the bedroom flooded. The hose wasn't properly secured in the drainage, and due to vibration, it came loose. Since it happened in the middle of the night, the only person available to help was the guard, and we had to dry everything ourselves.

We booked this place and 5 min before we arrive the owner call me and said sorry we dont have a place also after been there he didnt accept us because we now and everyone nows that he refuse to accomodate us because we are moroccan so plz u should now that we have money and we are homless so if a moroccan book your place u should give him what he book not refusing hem

The property staff was alright …. Was charged extra for city even though my booking included all tax’s as I use the app regularly and was still made to pay city tax … apartment was not as booked via the app a apartment instead a one bedroom outdated chamber very backdated old tv … basic aparment warm water etcc and towels provided which I washed n also washed the pillow cases tiny room good safe location

Was charged city tax even tho my listing stated all tax’s included as I use the app regularly and had no issues with other bookings around Morocco which includes city tax …. Also apartment was not as booked via app it was a single room chamber booked a 2 bedroom apartment old and tiny chamber provided with a old smart tv which Barely works good secure location and parking

They never offer me a place i was treated badly from the person onthw from desk and he's friend i felt like been treated bad and no card payment could not find cash so instead of find solution they tell me to go find money somewhere so I left without any idea where to go and it was a person before me had no cash he they offered him to stay until he can sort it later but for me they just kicked me out basically

STOP STOP STOP DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL , They are full of lies , I booked this place in Feb to get peace of mind I called the lady that my flight will be late on the day and she said it’s ok we work 24 hours , I was travelling from Lisbon . On the day they at midnight she cancelled and we were 8 people . I called more than 20 times then someone answered and said they are full , My experience to Tangier was very bad . I had to go some other place It was very stressful with old age & kids family members Do not go to this place

I love my view of a green country hill in the middle of the city. I really liked the space given to me. Very clean.
