Insufficient kitchenete, the door for one of the toilet is not well fixed,cannot open from inside.

No breakfast...

No soap for body wash was provided...

Nothing.

It was very distressing. Having been in constant contact throughout the day and being told our room was ready, we arrived at the property at 11pm to be told that there was no room available there. The management wanted to move us to another property. After a very long day travelling, this was unacceptable but, as there was no other option at that time of night, we had no choice but to move. In the property they moved us to, we couldn't even have a shower as there were no towels.

It was easy in and out process, only 5 minutes drive to tangier Beach , the staff were very nice too! I would book there again in future.

The following is what I wrote to customer service. This place is absolute crap and dirty! Plus run by scammers! Hi! I was scammed at this place and need a full refund. I arrived at the apartment building only to be greeted by some questionable behaving people by a tiny stand that they call front desk, once I arrived there I was told by a woman called Nadia that our one bedroom apartment is not available so she will give us a two bedroom place for the same price, however, she asked that I request a cancellation (she actually took my phone and did this for me) and she will approve it on the spot at no cost to me, as long as I pay her the 40 euros in cash. She told me she will provide me with a receipt the next day before we leave - and that never happened, we never saw her. She was supposed to approve the cancellation with me on the spot but kept refreshing her email saying she still hasn’t received the request. You can see from my communication with her she has avoided all of my contact and messages about the refund and has been unresponsive. The two bedroom apartment wasn’t tidy, smelled so much like bleach that our eyes were watering but considering it was late we just wanted a place to shower and sleep. The next day when I left I asked a guy at the front desk about our refund and he didn’t speak English, he said to come back and talk to Nadia but we had to catch a train to a different city. In other words, she scammed us, took our 40 euros cash while also not responding to any of our messages about cancelling the booking on here for free. Please cancel this reservation and apply a full refund. Reading reviews on here she’s also done this to other people!
