Luxury London Two Bedroom Apartment

It was good located in a good place free parking is always nice

No microwave for a luxury apartment it wasn’t good we didn’t have any form of warming up our food which was a pain definitely add a microwave it’s a necessity

Spacious and very clean apartment in a nice area. They allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated - check in process and communication was all very easy and property was easy to find. The property is tucked away a little bit from the main road, so it’s nice and quiet at night. Felt secure as well, with gated access. Apartment is well-equipped and comfortable for a short or long stay. Plenty of shops etc nearby to get supplies. 2 toilets, so good for a group of people. Also leaving two sets of keys is really useful in case your group have separate plans and not a lot of places do this.

The bedding and towels were poor quality, particularly the bedding which was scratchy. The windows were a bit of a challenge to close. The upstairs felt a bit stuffy at times. My main concern was that some of the lights (specifically the living room and one of the bedrooms) are very low hanging so easy to bump your head on them, I’m tall so it happened to me several times! A smaller fitting would be much safer

Very lovely, clean and comfortable accommodation, highly recommended. Staff attitude, good.

No parking facility on site as shown on the page whilst booking, rather, street parking.

We enjoyed our stay.Place was easy to locate. A lot of shops are throwing distance. Host allowed us to drop our bags off prior to check-in time. Very clean and tidy.

The towels were still wet and put onto the bed! We had to put the heating on to try and dry them.

Location

Curtains in both bedrooms were that thin that they couldn’t keep out the daylight. Plugs in kitchen sink didn’t keep any water in bowl, need new seals. Only 1 part roll of toilet paper left for 2 toilets for 4 people using them over 3 days. Only 2 coat hangers in property for 4 people staying. No tea towel in property so couldn’t dry up dirty dishes if you could wash them.
