"We had fun time at the pool, breakfast was delicious"

All the facilities ( kitchen,rooms and pool) , the view as well. And the staff.

WiFi was not working properly same as Tv as it is connected to WiFi.

"Villa ubud relaxing and beautiful"

The pool is amazing. The staff exceptional. Eri was a wonderful host. We had a couple of issues and he fixed them straight away. Anything we needed he helped us with. The facilities great. Located with beautiful lush green backdrop.

The road in was difficult for cars to travel on. Going into town took longer than expected due to constant traffic.

The breakfast prepared by Eri was great. The location is ok but would be greatly improved by a better road into the property.

Although the bedrooms are air conditioned, the living areas are not. I would suggest at least some blinds to be able to block out the sun as the rooms are completely glass with no shelter once the sun shines in which made them hot.
