I liked the location and the very kindness of the hotel /restaurant staff. Everyone was very helpful and caring.

The restaurant was only one and for breakfast the area was very fried smelly.

The size of the room was generous and the beds were very comfortable. On the face of it, this should have been a lovely stay.

So much! Our check in was fumbled… asking us for our passports then for our visas (not necessary-all info is in the passport). Then they didn’t give us back one of the passports and then they actually hadn’t taken a photo of one of the passports and kept chasing us for it - coming into our room at one point to hassle us for it. They also asked us for full payment before we’d even seen the rooms. The welcome had been so odd that we were beginning to feel strange about it all. Then we were told we could have lunch by the pool, then we were told we couldn’t… then we could… and then we were told we had to take it out ourselves… there were dozens of staff milling around for the handful of guests there so it seemed an odd request. Went into Pushkar for sunset. Unfortunately it’s a bit of a dump so we came back and had a lovely bath and climbed into bed. Almost immediately we were overwhelmed by what can only be described by a religious rave outside that went on all night. Screaming, music, it was awful. Our daughter tried to order a couple of bars of chocolate in the night (no one was sleeping because of the noise) from room service but there was no response. Got dressed went down to reception only to be told she couldn’t. She rather insisted and was told to go to her room and someone would deliver it. Someone came up to her room with a mini bar of chocolate, tried to enter it and told her that’s all she could have and that she had to wait for breakfast! She’s 20. Breakfast was awesome and the service was nice although our son’s waffles took so long we gave up waiting. Check out was a battle. We wanted to ask for some kind of compensation for the whole debacle but were told we could have £12 off (our stay came to around £550). The on duty manager insisted that they hadn’t known about the all night rave (though some of the staff told us that they did). They also still charged us for triple occupancy of our suite even though I actually booked a septic room for our...

Service was awesome. Food good. Swimming pool and Sufi music is the USP . It's on outskirts and is quiet. Good staff, courteous.

It's on outskirts, but that shouldn't deter you from staying here, you can call a cab if you want to go somewhere.

Rude staff, rajesh at reception dosent know how to talk, calls bodyguard to remove u from property. Another staff ankit tells guest can visit in day time, whereas his senior rajesh says we have book another room to allow our guest to come in. Hotel is a complete scam. Do not recommend property to anyone.

Just amazing stay. Every one was so courteous and helpful. From Checkin to Checkout we were treated like VVIPs. We highly recommend this place to all who would like to visit Pushkar

Best Customer Experience. Very polite and humbled staff. Great food. Best experience I had in a long time. All the staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. Especially the bartender, the hotel manager and the buffet crew were amazing. 5 Stars to all the staff. Thank you all for the hospitality and the great service. Best wishes to all of you.
