Decent location . The staff were lovely . Definitely stay there again .

Thought the car park should be free if you are staying there

The Bathroom was clean ,as was the bedding and towels. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice.

The room was cold. The spare blanket was in need of a wash. It smelt. The mattress was uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. The lift was in need of a good clean

Perfect location. Spotlessly clean room and welcoming staff. The young man looking after the breakfast room stands out for particular mention, his bright smile cheering the whole room.

The bathroom was on the chilly side for us but we wondered if the heated towel rail was working or not so reported it as we checked out - was not a major problem.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly enough. The bar is reasonably priced. There was entertainment on when we stayed, this was ok.

Our double bed was two singles pushed together, this was very uncomfortable and isn't what we paid for! The room was VERY basic and the bathroom was dropping to bits, unloved and unclean. The breakfast is VERY poor quality and not great I'm afraid, the sausages tasted like chemicals. The men's toilets, accessed from the lobby, are in the basement and are absolutely revolting, the stench from the back venting is absolutely unbearable, it makes your eyes water. It's obvious the hotel is about maximum profit rather than quality or guest experience.

The room.could of been cleaner found hair left in bathroom and a sock down the side of a unit.

The hotel was clean and tydy and eveybody was polite and its only a 10 min walk to the beach

I didnt like the pet policy i felt it was very stict many dogd jump up on beds or like go sleep with their oweners and to say you will charge us £50 extra if the dog goes on the bed is abit much. If your goinh to allow dogs then you need to excepy accidents or dogs on the bed. I also didnt like how i was never told about the stict dog rules until after i had paid for the accomodation. People if you have a dog please make sure you bring a cage or a dog bed as you can be liable for extra costs eg £50 for new bedding. Also dont allow your dog yo jump up onto furniture

Nice and clean, staff were excellent, and a very clean hotel throughout, and nice meals especially the breakfast and we will book again.

Nothing as near perfect as you can go.
