LiVEMAX Resort Upopoi Shiraoi Onsen

車椅子を使用しているので、廊下や室内が広いのはとても快適でした。

お風呂場にやや高い段差があったので、車椅子使用の者としては、大変でした。

Our main reason for going to Shiraoi was to visit Upopoy and Livemax is a close walk away. There is a large lobby from which there is the check-in counter, waiting area, dining area, small store, the men's & women's onsens, lounge & microwave for public use. There is also a shelf with yukatas & geta to choose from. We are allowed to walk around the hotel with the yukata. The 5th flr has lounges that face Upopoy on one side and the ocean on the other. There is also an outdoor patio facing the ocean. Livemax is one of the tallest buildings in the area. Our room had tatami floors w/the futon and bedding stored in the closet for us to lay out when needed. There was a seating area with 2 chairs & coffee table by the window. There is only a toilet and sink in the room. The building is not new and the rooms and furnishings are dated, but it offers a great value especially since we had the buffet dinner and buffet breakfast included. Both offered a large selection of Japanese, Chinese and Western options. There was a portable burner on the table so we could grill our own Shiraoi beef or Gengis Khan lamb for dinner along with an assortment of sashimi, sushi, tempura and various other foods. The onsen was nice to relax in during the morning or evening. There were multiple pools, so it didn't seem crowded. The staff we encountered were friendly and though I don't speak Japanese, we were able to communicate. Near Livemax is a Coop market & store and a Daiso. Across from the Coop, is a stop for the bus that goes directly to the Noboribetsu Onsen bus terminal.

The property was dated

I’m glad we only stayed one night! Food at dinner and breakfast was interesting.

Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Check-in was unprofessional. Dated furniture and decor looked like hand-me-downs from 1970s North Korea.

和洋式房間 雙床房很大，衛浴乾濕分離 備品超多，還有陽台可以看景 可惜現在被樹擋住，晚餐早餐buffet 超豐盛也好吃，一樓有溫泉、二樓有撞球桌球、漫畫室、五樓可以看海景，總體CP值超高。有電動腳踏車可以租借或搭公車去附近景點，飯店附近也有大創跟超市，距離白老站約15分鐘。

晚餐白老和牛吃到飽， 特別喜歡 白老和牛的牛排 ， 非常軟嫩而且多汁，perfect!

ご飯良かった

和室にしたので、布団を自分でやらなきゃ… 洋室にすれば良かったね…

館内が広くゆったりできた。

部屋の玄関の開け閉めの際、出入りしにくかった。

今まで宿泊したホテルの中で1番でした🤍 ご飯は美味しくて、温泉も気持ちよくてホントによかったです！苫小牧によく遊びに来るので毎回ここに泊まりたいと思いました🤍
