Had a wonderful stay. Pool location was amazing on the top of the hotel for sightseeing. Staffs were cool. Overall stay was nice. Highly recommended.

"Excellent aside from the freezing cold shower"

Great location in the lakeside area, but tucked back away from the main road. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of selection, including hot items. Infinitely better than the standard omelet and toast most other hotels offer. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable.

I stayed for 2 nights and did not have any hot water either night. The shower was freezing cold. When I called down to reception, they were helpful and sent someone up immediately, but he only told me to turn the handle all the way to the hot side and let it run, which I did for almost a half an hour and it did absolutely nothing. Still freezing.

"Definitely a place to stay in POKHARA"

Excellent location 5 minutes walking distance from lakeside,clean rooms,nice swimming pool view with bar also daily room service was available. Receptionist Manita and trainee Rabin were very polite and welcoming. A big thank you to restaurant staff for providing a wonderful service during breakfast hours Beenu, Sanjeev, Kreepa and Samil also Security guard Rajan always smiling.

A special mention to Bindiyan, who welcomed me so warmly—she was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Also grateful to Dipin, the trainer, who kindly helped me take some poolside photos during my solo trip. Their genuine hospitality made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

"A good short stay"

Peaceful location, hygienic atmosphere, good facilities (bathroom, bedrooms, balcony). Pool is perfectly fine. Lifts were good fit for the building. Staffs maintained amazing hospitality throughout the stay period.

Sadly, we can’t experience their service and hospitality in every location of Nepal. Is it possible for you to be present everywhere?
