Очень уютная квартира в новом доме. Почти как студия зонированная, первое впечатление очень хорошее, есть балкончик. Минут 10-15 ходьбы от вокзала - отлично. В целом всё нормально, хозяин очень приветливый)

Шум холодильника, тикающие часы, очень шумный двор, если открывать окна. Отсутствие розеток у изголовья кровати и в санузле возле зеркала.
