Old apartment No soap in toilets

Was a great apartment, great location, nice and clean living areas. Im disabled and my sons autistic so having 2 doors was added safety for him and being ground floor was accessible for me. Location also being close to the activities made it alot easier for me.

The only issues we had (nit picky issues) were we couldn't really use the oven/grill because it kept smoking slot, stinking/smoking out the room so it was going to set the fire alarm off. The frying pan is old and needs replacing because i scrubbed it and put it in the dishwasher and when i used it to cook bacon/eggs it burnt quickly even the it was still raw and it tasted like fishh 😆 My sons autistic so the whole point of doing an apartment was to be able to cook for him because hes very fussy on food and will make himself starve unfortunately. Also, the freezer needs to be defrosted because we could only put 4 ice creams in the freezer and my sons safety foods tend to be frozen. Everything was great it was literally just that. I didnt take pictures/videos because I hate being a karen, so its ok we were still happy with our choice and these issues can be easily dealt with.

The location was ideal close to facilities

Don't bother! I complained after dirty flat, smells coming from plug holes in bathroom , to door knobs broke , poor eye to detail something splashed up walls photo sent,andl I was acused of doing it myself by the manger ! Discusting!!! . Sofa bed in lounge like sleeping on a park bench and sofa in bedroom didn't pull out properly, mould and dirt , water stained table , too a dirty glass in bathroom Incorrect welcome pack in property! Tv no free view, you had to login to your own subscription from home . When i complained on the Saturday I was told I was to late to complain and should of complained on check in ?? But a one night stay made us notice more and more problems to not wanting to stay Saturday to Sunday but had no choice as couldn't afford to book something else and we had booked theatre tickets , i made it clear to them I wasn't happy but they simply didn't care, extreme poor customer service Excuses and argumentative manager by email on the complaint And only offered 20.00 refund after multiple emails of a 260.00 stay Added PHOTOS BUT THERES WERE MORE BUT CAN ONLY ADD 4 I had to contact booking.com after awful experience

There is no denying that the location is a massive plus as it’s so close to the front.

The bed sunk on one side so it was difficult as a couple to sleep well when one of us couldn’t sleep on the edge of the bed as you’d roll off! Lounge/kitchen area is nice but the bathroom needs some work and in the bedroom, behind the bedside cabinets, under the bed etc was loads of dust and cobwebs. The wardrobe for some reason absolutely stank and was unusable (we hung some things on the outside of it and kept the rest in our suitcases it was that bad), like an old dusty/mouldy smell almost? The main door needs looking at also as it’s incredibly stiff to shut properly. My husband had to literally bang it with full force each time to get it closed. Disappointing for the money.
