Central apartment in the Historical district

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location for exploring old town and city center of Tbilisi. It is in a quaint neighborhood with warm atmosphere and lots of character. Free, always available parking is a huge plus. It is clean and has all the necessities including heating and cooling. Most of all the hosts were wonderful and welcoming and very easy to communicate with! We highly recommend.

Amazing apartment located next to Rustaveli Avenue. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well located (metros and buses within 3 minutes). Great restaurants, groceries and shopping less than 5min away but the neighborhood itself is very cozy despite being a central district. Communication with the host was very easy. I highly recommend it and would like to stay there again!

We had a great stay here. Everything in the apartment was comfortable and we really appreciated having the toiletries and the kitchen facilities that the host provided. The apartment is also in a great location near the heart of all the tourist sites.

The apt was perfect, it met all our expectations and is very well located, confusingly we found many famous brand shops nearby in the mall. Of course Tbilisi is a wonderful city food and wive there is amazing, host gave us a lovely welcome and very nice local tips!.

The place is an absolute Gem in the heart of Tbilisi. The Apartment is better then advertised! The location is central to everything and within a few minutes walk to all of Tbilisi’s major sights. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You won't regret!

Nice place to stay! Very stylish details, from a free collection of tea to blankets everywhere this place is packed with beautiful small details. everything was good. Wifi worked 300mbps and the TV with cable channels and YT. Great view from the balcony. Recommended <3

Beautiful, well-located, and charming apartment. Hosts are so thoughtful. communicated quickly and clearly and also described what we needed to know about the city itself. Apartment was comfortable, it felt like somebody made the apartment specially for us. We were delighted! We highly recommend staying at this flat.
