Charming Chamber with spacious relaxing area

The caravan was lovely! Very tidy, plenty of extras that we didn’t expect like cooking utensils, puzzles, lots of books etc. which really made it feel more homey. The facilities were very easy to use, and having a self-check in/check out with the lockbox made the stay very convenient. I left something in the caravan by accident when leaving and the hosts were really accommodating when it came to collecting it. They were very communicative and were quick at responding when I had any questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

The WiFi was very slow, I couldn’t connect to it most of the time. We were made aware of this beforehand so I wasn’t too bothered about it. My only other minor gripe is that the towels provided were quite small, but I’ll just bring my own next time

On arrival and entering the caravan, although it was spotlessly clean, there was a strong animal odour throughout. it necessitated opening all windows and doors and using a aerosol air freshener to clear the odour. It was disappointing because the information indicated "no Dogs Allowed". However there were Dog feeding bowls and a mat which I assumed was for dogs in the cupboards. This was the only issue otherwise the caravan and site was great.

Everything we needed. Very clean and nice extras like soap and shower gel. Towels and bedding were a big help as we don’t need to fill the car with those. And also lots of fleece blankets which were useful. It is next to a grassed area which was fab for the children to play on.

Hooks on the doors would be helpful but otherwise no complaints.

Everything that we needed was there, washing up soap, hand soap, towels, spices and games and books for kids. Perfect for a short family vacation!

The beds were hard but this is always hit and miss, and others like it this way :)
