Very poor management and attitude of the staffs are unprofessionals. Did not give clear instructions despite knowing apartment management can be very complicated. Need assistance and they replied with laughing emoji, very rude. Also deposit very high even though the unit’s facilities are just bare minimum. Late deposit returned. The list goes more and more.

The accommodation here is comfortable but the conditions that are set ny the owner are too many and not appropriate. This accommodation is not recommended for those who come with families and with small children.

So many rules set by the owner. 1. I had to pay RM200 for deposit before being given the apartment key. (we came to Melaka to travel with family and needed to spend money but were forced to pay a deposit and the deposit will be returned late in the evening after check out) 2. Check in late only at 3 pm while check-out time is at 11 am. If check-out late penalty of Rm100 per hour. (Charge from deposit) 3. My request to check in early or check out a little late was not accepted. 4. Thwre is a charged rm35 for the cleaning of this apartment in the receipt but in the conditions stated if the apartment is not clean a charge of rm100 will be deducted from the deposit
