Spectacular apartment near Dance Hall/Center

Όμορφο στούντιο, μοντέρνα διακοσμημένο. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Καλαμάτας. 500 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία και τα μαγαζιά. Αν είσαι με αυτοκίνητο βολική τοποθεσία για την είσοδο η έξοδο από την πόλη. Καινούργια πολυκατοικία,ήσυχη περιοχή και με πάρκινγκ.

Ήσυχη γειτονιά, 10 λεπτά περπάτημα από το κέντρο της πόλης, καταπληκτικό καινούριο διαμέρισμα με έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια. Δεν υπήρξε τίποτα που να μη μου αρέσει.

Clean and comfortable!

The house is very comfortable and has all 2 persons need for a short stay in Kalamata. Loved the parking spot. Close to the main square.

Small, modern apartment in two stories including small balcony. We missed nothing. Landlord very quick to respond and helpful.

Could be a bit larger, difficult to move around when tje sofa bed was made up.

We visit Kalamata often and since our usual accommodation was all booked, we gave this apartment a try. We did not regret it! It is a very modern, spacious, clean, and fully equipped accommodation. A few things we loved: an easy to use washing machine, good quality detergent supplied, comfortable mattress, spacious shower with good water pressure, electric blinds, water bottles in the fridge. The host is very kind and easy to reach via phone or messaging through the app. He even offered us a later checkout time, something that was much appreciated as it fit our schedule better.

We really loved everything. The only thing we have to report, that we actually forgot to mention to the host, was that the day we arrived the water system seemed to have air in it and the pressure of the water beam was not consistent. Next day all was fine. We will definitely visit again!
