NLThe apartment was neat and clean. Had the most important dishes. It didn't have bedside lamps, but in the middle of our stay we figured it out and started using some Youtube fireplace video on the TV as a night lamp. The manager was communicative and responsive in the chat.
When making the booking, I wrote a special request that we'd need 2 separate blankets. I got a booking confirmation, assuming that my special request had been seen. Only one day before arrival when I wrote just to double check, "hi, we are arriving tomorrow at so and so time and we'll need 2 blankets", did I hear that the manager hadn't seen my special request (later, they sent me a screen recording of the chat with me where my special request was not visible indeed) and wouldn't be able to provide us with an extra blanket. So I had to buy a blanket urgently and this was stressful. I'm not sure whose responsibility this is, though, the property's or Booking.com's.
