"Do not stay here! It is a scam for your money!"

3.0

The elevator was not working, my room was not ready at 4:00 check in time, many items in the were broken or dirty. I had to find other accommodations and property management would not respond to requests for refund.

"Great location, but several issues"

6.0

The location was fantastic, the Pike Place market is just outside of your door and all the attractions in the area. We had kids with us so it was great to be able to easily walk everywhere we intended to go. The apartment also is spacious and with 5 of us, we felt like there was room to breath.

There were many issues unfortunately. With a little effort this could be a 10/10 spot, but it needs work. First, other than the canned messages from the host, we got no communication. I reached out twice about a late check in with no response, I also reached out when we had no toilet paper or towels, and the host never once responded. If we had had a real issue (like not being able to get it), I don't think we would have been able to get a resolution. There is noise from the deliveries as people have noted, but not the end of the world. However, the main bedroom looks out into a courtyard, which is lit up like Christmas all night. There are blinds, but just basic ones with the light shining through - they need black out curtains or let people know so you can bring eye coverings. It was very bright. Several of the windows were broken, so it did get warm as you couldn't get any airflow. There was zero toilet paper and the toiletries were all empty (just empty bottles of shampoo on the floor of the shower). There were no towels out (eventually we found them damp in the dryer), the elevator was broken, and then there was a sign on the door asking guests to report to the landlord if anyone was using a property for Airbnb, Vrbo, etc., as it was not permitted. In general, it just felt like they really don't care about their guests having a good experience and hope the location is good enough. The location is great, and if you are very low maintenance and don't care much about the overall experience, you will probably enjoy the location and space.

"A great 3 nights in Seattle."

8.0

Location! Comfortable. As advertised. two bedrooms on opposite ends of the flat. A good bathroom with shower. Building access is easy from Union Street, or access to the rooftop in front of the Four Seasons. Easy walk to Pikes Place Market. No need to have a car. Walkable, 0.8 mi from King Street Station. Easy uber or lyft. A couple of grocery stores and Target within a 2-3 minute walk. Owner/Manager responsive.

Noisy when delivery or trash trucks pass the window on the property at 5:40-6:00 am., but not very day. Elevator did not work, a minor inconvenience.

"Great for a family with teens."

9.0

Excellent location, very comfortable. It was great to stay right in the middle of the activity of Pike Place Market. We had enough space to spread out as a family and the teens were able to easily explore on their own.

A little tricky to find. Don't trust Google maps, just plot out the route ahead of time.

"Best location in Seattle."

10.0

This location is unbeatable! If you want to be walking-distance to everything, this place is a must-stay.

The only thing that was a bummer (which they warn you about), is the noise from the delivery trucks early in the morning. But it was worth it for the location.

Fabulous location close to Pike St market, harbour steps, restaurants and downtown. Close to Symphony station on the light rail from the airport. Well supplied. Communication was very good. The washing machine and dryer were very good to have.

Unfortunately the elevator was out of order during our visit. Luckily we only had to get the luggage up one flight of stairs. It was noisy during the night with big garbage and other trucks going along Post Alley and stopping and idling their engines.

"Great value, great location, albeit a couple flaws"

8.0

Firstly, the location of this establishment is near perfect. You are literally throwing distance from pikes place and the waterfront. The value is unquestionable, look for a place of the same size in the same area and you'll be paying well over $1500 to possibly $2000 for a few days stay. The apartment is well sized at 850 square feet, my party of five never felt too cramped. Finally the rooftop is also a sight to behold in the evening.

There is no Ac in the apartment, the weather never broke 75 degrees while we were there but the apartment was still hot. I could see it being brutal during weather 80 or above. The only air-conditioning system in the room that blew cold air was a double edged sword as while it blew cool air out one end the back end was blowing out hot air. Another thing that was concerning is the TouchPad needed to enter the building. We found one morning that the keypad at the main entrance went offline, luckily there is a second keypad entrance you can use from the rooftop. But if they both go out that could be a sticky situation. Your host can apparently buzz you in from their phone, but getting ahold of them was hit and miss.
