"Highly unprofessional staff"

Location - hotel is located on the main road, close to IT offices.

The hotel staff asked me to pay additional amount despite booking and paying the room tariffs online. This is highly unprofessional and made the stay unpleasant.

"Worst Hotel Stay Experience"

No hot water, toilet flush not working , charged higher price, TV not working,water wad leaking from AC in the room. Room Service very bad. Never in my life I will stay in this hotel

"Pathetic experience"

The room is big. Found clean bedsheets and comforter. They maintained entire hotel well. Had a pleasant stay

Staff were unresponsive. Initially towels, water or body wash were not provided and got it on Day 2
