Our first room was bad the next room we got had no lock on door was uncomfortable

Very clean!! I called ahead of time because we were coming in so late. The staff was very nice and took time to ensure we were ok. Then when checking out we needed a little more time to get my mom together, we were accommodated. Very much appreciated.

When I checked out staff were talking in the back. Instead of apologizing for the delay, their conversation didn’t finish until they were done.

The fact that the manager Alyssa didn't even have the courtesy to come out of the office to speak with me.

The room was nice with a larger than normal kitchenette and full coffee pot and refrigerator.

The price is a bit high for the type of property.

I liked my room positioned off in the back. I liked the location of the hotel, the hotel staff was good. The lady in the morning that did the breakfast " Carolina" was absolutely amazing!

OMG! I didn't like that our hotel room definitely wasn't the cleanest. The blanket on one of our beds was absolutely filthy, floor had hair and crumbs on it, bottom closet shelf was broken, television didn't work at all, and there was a horrible noise coming from our heating unit.

Mostly good condition. Decent food.

First day no vet. Discount. Mold in shower. Carpet torn and frayed creating a tripping hazard. Either out of coffee or it was cold during each morning.

The property was clean and quiet.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. I guess at $145 a night, in a brand new hotel I was expecting a little better experience. Each morning, the breakfast area was poorly stocked, and it was difficult to find a staff member to assist. Common breakfast items were frequently unavailable, including coffee creamer, milk, and bacon. The room design was also inconvenient. The television was mounted on a side wall near the bathroom rather than at the foot of the bed. In order to watch it from the bed, it had to be turned at an angle, which made it easy to accidentally hit your head if you forgot its position. Also, the thermostat was mounted on the wall behind the tv which made it somewhat difficult to get to. Additionally, the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were mounted too high near the shower head, causing you to bump into them repeatedly while showering. Hopefully, all the rooms don’t have this poor design and the breakfast issue gets better than what it was when we visited.
