How beautiful the decor is and how nice the room looks!

The carpet near the heat/ac vale the floor was wet but overall great stay!

We like the location and the convenience to get where we needed.

The hotel pool was down for maintenance cleaning and getting ph right. Upon check-in, the staff told us the times for the pool, we went up, and we got suits on only to get to the pool entrance to find a sign saying closed. Then, when we asked the staff, they'd continually say later today...so to my kid whose five and has no concept of later asked us every five minutes for four days to go swimming. Crying every time we had to say it isn't open yet. He doesn't understand. Why they'd keep telling him later, and it still wasn't open. He kept saying mommy they are liars."" Then the TV had problems with the signal. You can log in and watch your Netflix account, but no cable. This was our fourth time at this hotel for a weekend stay, and the cable has been this way since July. They told my husband , "Yeah, we need to get someone out here." The dishwasher only worked if you held or pushed it closed. If you let go, the lock popped so it wouldn't work. For a brand new hotel, there was a lot wrong and when my husband spoke with the staff at check out they offered 20.00 off for a hotel stay where if they would have told us about the pool at check in we wouldn't have stayed. The staff knew it wasn't working and should have been up front. Then shouldn't have continually told my son later today. It would have just been easier to say not this weekend. This was a shitty birthday trip for him.

I paid through expedia and they charged me again on the reception The toilet was broken and and i asked them to fix it many times and they didn’t I disputed the charge cause i got charged twice from expedia and the hotel and they fought it back

I loved my room. It was so fresh and clean. When you walk in it was nice and warm feeling. It als smelled so good

The location right off the highway and the room! Having the sofa, kitchenette with the fridge was convenient. We could stay in a room like this for longer trips and be very happy. The bed was very comfortable! Staff was super nice

Wi-Fi worked every 3 mins only downfall because I was working on my laptop so had to use my hot spot instead

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and friendly.
