Water from drain system started to rise from the shower and flooded the whole bathroom

I dont like anything!

I dont like anything , all the apartment was smelling very bad , it was a basemant i mean apartment in the basemant it was wet and when i try to contact with someone who can come and change the room nobody answer to my call thats why it was my worst experience i am very sad that i stay there!

1.No access to the agent 2.washing machine made clothes smell really bad 3. 2 towels for 10 days 4. No change of linen 5. No cleaning service offered 7 Noise from neighbours at 4 in the morning 8. No place to dry washing 9. Moved to Novotel hotel and demand a refund for 4 days. I0. It was a disaster

The apartment was dangerous to get into it, It's in a basement, and the motion lights go on way too late to see where one is going, not even hand railings to hang on .There are no windows in the apartment. Dismal. Mildowy smell. Internet is patchy, tv does not work.The bed is extremely uncomfortable. The bed covering was not sufficient for 2 persons. We couldn't even stay there, had to get another place.

- WiFi, never failed and strong. - Location city center near main bar and restaurant area, with no noise from the busy public street - Bed is big and the room is spacious - Entrance process "feels" safe, as there are 3 security processes to get to the room. However, it's in a dark downstairs basement and the buildings main doors is not always kept closed.

It's a dark and humid basement with water pipes right inside the room, which make noise (You can't see the pipes and the tiny street level window in the picture because of the angle, they are behind the photographer) 1) No natural light at all, you dont know how the day is until you walk outside. Minimum ventilation through a old underground window at street level, bugs come through. 2) The toilet and basin were dirty on arrival. Requested a cleaning staff to come the next day, which they did. No bin in the bathroom. Only one in the kitchen. 3) The wardrobe also dirty. Could only hang clothes, did not use the shelves. Being street level you can notice the room gets dusty fast. 4) Shower is on the other side of the room, separate small room. Water temperature decent, water pressure low. 5) Kitchen was equipped with the bear minimum, a pot and pan, old and not safe to use. Water heater was old and white with calcium did not touch. No microwave. 6) No AC, however as it was humid and cold I used the portable radiator (which was broken) to dry the space. 7) Bed is big but you can feel each spring. Soft pillows. 8) Space under door let's the sound and light in. Had respectful neighbours which made it ok 9) They do not have luggage storage. Check out is at 11am, if you want to enjoy the day you need to find a solution. There are no public storage places near the apartment or in the city center. Do not recommend unless last resort or strict budget. Worth spending a little more or staying a little further away from the center for a more comfort, natural light and hygienic option.

Location was very good for bars, sites and transport. Space was good. Water was hot and power of water very good. Plenty of mirrors.

No Heating/AC, No Windows or potentail fire escape (aside of the front door that is in the basement. Electric shocks from the plug sockets. Fire Alarm that did not work (Kept beeping all night). NO WIFI (when advertised there was) No response from messages sent. TV did not work. Pillows old and flat (and no spares) Thin rough towels. No toiletries. No air circulating. No natural light at all. Front door to building always left open. Felt very insecure and clostraphobic. I have never given a bad review ever before on accommodation. This should not be on sale until at the minimum health and safety issues are rectified.
