The apartment is conveniently located close to the city center, with shops and basic amenities nearby. Free parking is a big plus, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness was not quite at the expected standard, and the Wi-Fi connection was rather slow. It was also difficult to regulate the temperature in the apartment — it felt quite warm despite the heating not being in use, which made it slightly uncomfortable at times. The coffee machine was leaking. The building overall seems a bit worn and could use some maintenance. Additionally, while the location is convenient, the immediate surroundings may not feel comfortable for all guests, especially at certain times.

Lokacija izvrsna, parking u garazi u cijeni. Iznimno se trude. Cisto. Svaki dan ciste stubiste, promijenili nam 2x rucnike, pocistili cijeli apartman nakon par dana. Ako budemo ponovno dolazili sigurno cemo tu odsjesti.

Чудове розташування, підземна парковка, дуже привітний персонал, адміністратор був дуже дружелюбним і допомагав з питаннями. Апартаменти обладнані всім необхідним, але в нашому номері були проблеми з пральною машинкою (ми не зверталися на рецепцію, хоча я впевнена що цю проблему швидко б вирішили)

Dobrá lokalita, podzemné parkovanie zadarmo, milý a ochotný personál
Izby vyzerajú na fotkách modernejšie v porovnaní s tým akú izbu sme mali my. Ale za tú cenu je to super ubytovanie aj s garažovým státim.

Аппартаменты с хорошим ремонтом,идеальная чистота,есть все необходимое,комфортно.Хороший подземный гараж,высота 2.10. Очень приятный молодой человек на рецепшине,все пояснил и сопроводил к гаражу.У меня не было времени изучить видео с рекомендациями заселения.Я приехала к дому18-20,а рецепшин после гаража,чуть вперед нужно пройти .Это для тех информация,кто как я не успеет все изучить.и у меня возник вопрос,мне ответили и в более позднее время.Мне все очень понравилось .Обязательно приеду еще
