"Good stay except the floor level and balcony."

It's third floor. Not second floor. But the description looks like 2nd floor. In Italy, 3rd foor is 2nd floor and ground is 0 floor. I had to bring my heavy luggages to the third floor which does not have balcony. It's totally different from my expectation.

"A central stay in Cortina"

The location of the stay was perfect. The host was very communicative and provided easy check-in instructions. The stay was perfect from a fully-furnished home, including kitchen and bathrooms to having small touches such as a bottle of wine and coffee available. I would highly recommend this place.

This is located on the third floor and may be difficult for the elderly.

"The nice hotel with comfortable and large rooms."

the hotel was located quite quiet area but just 5 mins by car from the city center. The rooms were so comfortable and large, even it was equipped a massage chair. The mountain view is also nice and enjoyable.

unfortunately, the oven was not working well.
