Liiiving in Porto - Downtown & Riverside Balcony

We appreciated how spacious the place was and how responsive the host was throughout our stay. We had an issue during the visit, and it was handled promptly and efficiently. The thoughtful touches like shampoo, soap, and a new dish sponge made a difference. The washer and air conditioner both worked well, which added to a comfortable stay.

The stairs (3rd floor with no elevator), though we were aware of this in advance. Also, in the living room and bedroom the view is quite limited—you mainly see the balcony wall, and you need to step outside to fully enjoy the street or surrounding view.

The apartment was in a beautiful old building and decorated and furnished to a high standard. It was very clean and the bedding and pillows were a very good quality. The location was amazing and so close to all the places of interest, restaurants and bars. The staff were very prompt at replying to any queries and very friendly. The apartment was very good value and would 100% stay there again

This isn't a dislike but feel a welcome pack to include washing up liquid and a drying cloth would be helpful. Maybe a few teabags, milk and coffee pods would be a nice touch especially for late arrivals to the apartment. The shower door was very hard to open so needed a strong person to open it.

Apartment nicely decorated. 2 real bedrooms, 2 real baths and big living room. Convenient location. Quite neighborhood. Host always available and fast responsive.

Clean, good linens and towels

The washer was out of order. Having a clothes washer was an important feature for us, and the listing said it had one. However, it had a sign on it saying it was not usable. The listing should reflect this until it is working again.

Falta de ascensor. Está en un tercero Habitación superior. Escaleras empinadas. Muchas arañas en la habitación. Mucho calor. Ducha sin soporte para alcachofa. Ventanas sin persianas, así que entraba mucha luz de noche. Aire acondicionado iba fatal. Cinco días con las mismas toallas. Tuvimos que pagar 60 euros por la mascota. De vergüenza. Poco jabón para fregar. Falta de flexibilidad en estrada y salida del alojamiento. Te mandan mensajes pidiéndote extras de dinero por modificar horarios. El aire acondicionado no iba bien.

The apartment was really nice! It was clean, a lot of space, nice balcony. There was soap, lotion, toilet paper, towels and bedsheets provided. The kitchen had everything that was needed. It was easy to get the keys.

We missed a towel to dry our dishes, and there were not really curtains in the room upstairs so a lot of light came into the room in the morning.
