the lobby, the pool, and customer service was excellent

no microwave? the pool is geared for under 10.( very shallow and slide slow ) lazy river nice though. parking is bit inconvenient

Water park and comfort

They charge several different fees on top Of the price that you pay for you room. Resort fee also 50.00 per night for a deposit. Staff at the desk was horrible at check in. The other girls at front desk was great. The breakfast was burnt the last 3 days of the stay. Also the pictures that show in the pictures are not what the rooms actually have. Such as no tables for eating.
