The room is very well renovated, design is good, very clean. The location is convenient to explore the city

The hot water doesn't work properly most of the time during our stay. 1st night, it doesn't work, we contact the owner, they sent person to check, and fixed it the next day. But the third day, water tank doesn't work again, we contacted owner again, but maybe because it is the independent day of Mexico, nobody came to fixed problem, so we have to take a really quick cold water shower at night

Très beau bâtiment avec un café et un restaurant directement dans la cour. Situé à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre. Appartement superbement aménagé. Machine à laver et sèche linge à disposition. Arrivée anticipée et au départ ils ont accepté de garder nos bagages. Flexibilité de l'hôte.

Odeur d'égout forte et incommodante. Évacuation des eaux de la douche très lente, ça devenait vite une mini baignoire pour pied.

Emilion Donde 7 is a unique property and location. Exceptional size and features within a ten minute walk of Centro Historico - Alameda Central and all the architecture, art, music and history it has to offer. Adjacent to the Biblioteca Mexico Ciudadela and the Ciudadela Craft Market. Ten minute walk to Balderas for the Metro line 3 and buses. Ten minute walk to Reforma Paris bus stop. Ten minute walk to Jaurez neighbourhood with its many restaurants, cafes, grocery store and Museo de Chocolat. Excellent Cafe Donde within the building with wonderful coffee, food and friendly staff. Two great restaurants 100M away at circle on Avenida Bucareli.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the host was very responsive and helpful. The location in a beautiful shared courtyard was great! The facilities were great, excellent washing machine, fans, kitchen, 2 x bathrooms!, security guards at entrance to property very friendly and helpful, great location near many nice breweries, bars, cafes, a pharmacy, arena México, etc

The bed could have been a little bit comfier, but other than this it was perfect!
