Beautifully designed apartment in perfect location in the heart of Bologna- so central yet really quiet. Rita could not have been more friendly or helpful. A great stay - thank you!

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was enough variety of equipments and goods (coffee machines with coffee, kitchenware, bathroom needs, etc) that made our stay comfortable. We felt like living in our own house. The location is also good; just 8-10 min's of walk from Piazza Maggiore. Most importantly, the owner of the house, Rita, was very kind, thoughtful and helpful whenever needed. Our next stay in Bologna would be at this place again. Highly recommended! 👍

The flat was definitely more spacious than expected. It was very clean and you can see that Rita really put her heart into the renovation of the flat. She really paid attention to details and gave us all the relevant information before we arrived. The flat is pretty central but on a side street so it's relatively quiet. Thank you Rita!

Apartment more a home than an apartment, lovely decor, lovely friendly touches with a gift included. Communication was brilliant throughout booking and on getting there. The apartment was spacious, warm and very comfortable, everything had been thought of. The book of sites, food places and general info for around bologna was exceptional, put together by someone who transmits real care that her guests have a great time I have already recommended this property It's location is ideal, 2 minutes from bus stop, and a five minute walk from the centre of Bologna. The theming of the apartment (musicality) is very good indeed

Super clean apartment in great location. Host thoughtfully supplied all necessities and some extras, making the arrival very special. Apartment felt like coming home. Host was easy to contact and very responsive, also let us know about some minor damage in the apartment that had just occurred.

The baskets by the bed fell off for both of us, while trying to connect our power plugs. Bedside tables would be better. The hair dryer didn’t seem to be working
