"A nice little place for a family of 5"

The design is clean and nice, feels modern, love the view outside from the balcony, the size is just right for a family of 5, easy to go around from here using Grab, not far from all sightseeing places, check in is easy using the code for the front door.

Nothing to like

The maintenance was poor. Hot water isn't working as it should. The unit wasn't so clean. Bad odor coming from the shower room. Bathroom look damp n dirty.

"The unit is good, hot water capacity is not enough for family, facility pool and gym is not clean."

Good view, good location, easy parking, the Unit is good already renovated with good interior.

The bed in main room is broken in one side, not so comfortable, but the second room beds are good.
