Ethithiya Oasis Guesthouse and Self-Catering

The place was good, the environment was quiet , clean our room was spacious

No microwave in the kitchen/room The receptionist didn't explain anything to us about the operation of electric usage ect , basic operational things the bath and basin didn't have hot water. She Opened the room that's it.

Did not take breakfast. The location was generally peaceful. The communal garden and outside space very pleasing. Nice private patio area also very nice. Very easy to pick up taxis a short walk down the road.

Not much

The room were so close together with a very small entrance to get into. The parking was very narrow. The room was super dirty as if we were unexpected and was super noisy. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive and had such trouble getting comfortable and peace to sleep that we landed up leaving and checking out at 3am.

The fact the TV could not play and there was no kettle in the room to make some coffee

Just put more effort on the surrounding areas to my entrance. Area needs to be cleaned. Beds by the swiming pool needs some attention. Overall, I enjoyed the stay..

Room as expected. Other than that it was a good stay, beutifull place

We just had an issue with the shower head, it was broken and the warm water was done. We also did not have a kettle as per photos.
