Very disappointing experience. They had no problem charging my card right away, but after I arrived and completed all of their required forms, communication completely stopped. I sent emails, called multiple times, and even left voicemails, but never received a response. I ended up sitting in my car with my daughter, waiting and hoping to hear back from someone, but no one ever contacted us. It was especially frustrating because we were traveling to San Francisco to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday, and all we wanted was a place to rest after a long trip. By the time i got an email back not even a phone call, I had to find another place to stay, which fortunately worked out much better. Still, the lack of communication and customer service from this business was extremely disappointing.

Perfect vacation home.

We loved that the house was dog friendly and on a quiet street that allowed us to walk our dogs around the neighborhood. We liked that the location was convenient to Safeway and Fred Meyer and other downtown businesses. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with basics for eating and cooking and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. Also there were several streaming options on the tv.

The one thing that would of made cooking dinner easier would of been to have a large frying pan and large cooking pot. Also a small container of aluminum foil, cling wrap and/or baggies would be helpful for saving leftovers.

Great location, very well equipped and sparkling clean.

The heat in the back bedroom wasn’t working and the bathroom could use an independent heat source.
