The Boat House Luxury Apartments Scarborough

Everything was perfect, the furnishings etc were all luxury items, the view was spectacular. 5 mins walk to the beach, ample parking.

Location was ideal, easy walk to the beach and the centre of town. The accommodation was of a high standard and everything that we needed was provided. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family

What an amazing place,every fine detail has been thought of myself my husband and friends thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely going back.

Beautiful stay, everything was thought through from the choice of bedding to the shower gel. The view was instant relax on arrival. Warm and cosy and I didn’t want to leave. My dog Beau also appreciated the dog biscuits!

This is our second stay at The Boat House but this time we went for the top floor apartment. Amazing apartment, the views of the sea and castle are just the best. So relaxing. Perfect location but not right in the town centre so it's lovely and quiet...waking up to have a morning cuppa overlooking the bay is a real treat, doesn't matter what the weather. The apartment is so spacious and amazingly decorated. Our hosts are always on hand for queries etc. We brought our dog as he loves the beach and it's refreshing to find such a lovely self catering apt that accommodates dogs. The apts are sound proof so we heard not a peep out of anyone, even in the stairwells. Wish we could have stayed longer. Please read the Welcome guide especially the story about the owners and their journey. We have booked to return to their cottage on the North shore in two weeks time!

Amazing stay at The Boat House - We stayed in The Navigator apartment. Really easy check in with keys in the safe and an allocated parking space on the drive to the apartments. Great communication from the owners who sent out all we needed to know and were very helpful and responsive during our stay. The apartment it's self (right from the main entrance) was absolutely stunning! Furnished to a high standard. Very clean & smelt gorgeous. The owners have really thought of EVERYTHING you would need in there. We brought our dog and there even a little jar of doggy treats waiting for her. The sea view from all the rooms was beautiful to wake up too! Location was perfect. Really quiet but a short walking to the main strip on the front and Peasholm Park. We really didn't want to leave and will definitely book again when we next go to Scarborough. Thank you Debbie & Andy :)
