I stayed with my daughter and two grandsons the apartment was amazing very well equipped with everything. The location is great the boys loved they could go crabbing.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Helmsman Apartment. It was spotless, opulent and spacious. From a fully equipped kitchen to a bathroom providing toiletries with The Boathouse logo which shows thought has gone into the presentation. Even thought was given to our dog with a welcoming jar of biscuits and water bowl. Location is perfect for amenities /attractions and the property showcases spectacular views of the North Bay. Exceptional. Would highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. This was a perfect stay... from the initial great communication from the owners Debbie & Andy, to the clear directions to the apartment itself all was clear and hassle free. Once there we were both amazed at how incredible the apartment was for the money paid (we stayed in the Gunner apartment). Beautifully decorated, incredibly well equipped and ideally located (the most stunning sea views)... this made for for the perfect stay. We cannot recommend the Boat House highly enough.

The apartment was absolety gorgeous! Beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a great few days stay in Scarborough! The hosts were so helpful as they provided me with additional information needed to access the apartment. Fabulous location and the views were stunning!
