The location was perfect. Close to the CTICC and many restaurants and bars

Someone was using drugs on our floor and the hole floor was smelling hashish....

Leuk terras. Enkel bruikbaar als er niet te veel wind is. Goed en modern uitgeruste keuken. Toplocatie

We waren met twee vrienden. Het bed is een twijfelaar wat toch wat krap is. Alles is in 1 ruimte. Jammer dat er geen flesje water aanwezig is bij aankomst. Onze vlucht had 4 uur vertraging en kwamen daardoor ‘s nachts aan. Doos met vaatwastabletten was leeg. Vervelend om de juiste te vinden. Klein zwembad met een te hoog chloorgehalte.

+ Nettes Personal + gute Ausstattung + Sauber + Lage

- komischer Geruch in der Wohnung - Es werden gerade Renovierungsarbeiten geleistet. Somit konnte der Balkon nicht richtig genutzt werden, da viel Dreck vorhanden war.

Понравились апартаменты - бесконтактное заселение, стильный интерьер, прекрасная огромная терраса, сантехника работает четко, все необходимое для жизни и небольшого быта имеется.

Небольшое беспокойство вызвало предварительное общение (вероятно с управляющей компанией) - дали уточняющую информацию о заселении только накануне заезда, а мы хотели уточнить за несколько дней чтобы быть спокойными что нас ждут и тп (до этого отвечал только робот).

"Good apartment but only for the winter months."

Good Location and amenities.

Lack of airconditioning. Only fans provided. Inadequate lighting specially in the bathrooms for activities like shaving. No proper full length mirrors anywhere.

"A convenient, vibey stay in amazing Cape Town!"

The location is good and a lot is happening in the area. The flat is beautifully decorated and the staff were friendly.

It is in a convenient location and the building itself looks great, but some of the buildings around are neglected. It seems like the area is being revamped, however. We always felt safe and parking is in in covered garages.
