Cozy classy and very beautiful, just across long street also if you’re looking to be somewhere near more restaurants and pubs and more in the city.

Just had a small problem that the AC wasn’t heating up other than that I would recommend

The apartment was fantastic! Beautifully decorated and stylish details throughout. Spacious, comfortable, and a lovely big balcony with a gorgeous view of Table Mountain. The security and staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was central and a short walk to my event at CITCC. A very thoughtful bottle of milk in the fridge.

Nothing not to like. Perhaps if I was sharing the space it would be a little awkward with the open plan nature of the whole bathroom but it was perfect for me. Also no huge issue, but a small repair needed on the lock to open the balcony door and the knob had come loose and was difficult to open. Also if you like total darkness, only one of the windoes have blackout curtains.

Great loft-type design. Huge terrace with breathtaking view. Very comfortable apartment equipped with everything needed, down to very little detail.

Nice location within close proximity to restaurants and great views of Table Mountain. Secure parking facility.

There was not anything I did not like here

The view is absolutely amazing and the apartment is equipped with everything you could need. The location was excellent as you have easy access to the V&A, highway and Greenpoint. Although close to Long Street, there was little to no noise disturbances when the door is closed. Onsite, secure, undercover parking. Great security and reception, I was travelling alone and felt safe. Bonus: the pool is on the same floor as the apartment with beautiful views over Bo-Kaap. The hosts are also excellent and communication is easy and informative. Walking distance to coffee shops and interesting stores.

There was really nothing that I could complain about.

Constant e mail and messages very needy host. The apartment was not clean and was not very luxuries. Noisy Neighbours who had no respect for people sleeping. as this is also a long-term rental block of flats it's not quiet
