Near Kuching Airport Liberty Grove Apartment

Di dalam booking apps menyatakan, customer need to contact property to ask for details check in, tapi apabila property di hubungi, jawapan yang di beri sangat-sangat tidak membantu, dan pihak property telah membatalkan booking last minit dan mengatakan bahawa mereka tutup. Saya ada menyertakan gambar sekali.

Susah untuk menghibungi staff semasa mahu check in dan staff tidak melayan. Staff tidak memberi layanan dengan baik. Selepas cancel, duit refund tidak dapat refund sepenuhnya (bayar rm500+ untuk apartment tapi yang di bagi masa refund hanya rm74 sahaja). Di cancel sebab staff tidak melayan, berapa kali chat dan call staff tetap abaikan. Very bad service. Akhir sekali macam mana saya mahu refund duit saya balik?

The property change the places duringthe last minute before check in and refuse to make the cancellation and didnt give the refund eventhough i didnt stay there

Hos penginapan tidak respon pertanyaan.

Tidak menjawab panggilan dan mesej.Batalkan saja niat kalau nak bermalam di penginapan ini.Pihak hos penginapan lansung tidak membantu.last minute dibatalkan..menyusahkan orang.

the owner has cancel my booking on the day i want to checkin, its really make my day bad because i need to find other place to stay for my convocation😭and the owner did not inform me earlier that the properties is not ready to stay and really bad service👎🏻

Last minute owner change my booked to Rex Apartment at Stutong...because Airport Liberty Grove was under maintenance...

So sad...there is broken tv and no wifi...The Rex apartment is noisy during the day because of the construction work very close...

Very bad service. Response so slow and not helpful.. The agent asked us to cancel the booking and will waive the fee.. but never waived the fees. End Up we are not staying at that place..but The still charge.Please don't booking at this place Or under this agent.
