Appartamento Catania Centro Enjoy Our Sicily

Très bel appartement spacieux avec un grand balcon vue sur la ville de Catane. Proche des marchés, supermarchés, restaurants, de la cathédrale Ste Agathe. Maria et Lorenzo nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et aidé à porter nos affaires dans l'appartement. Au retour, Lorenzo nous a même raccompagné à l'aéroport suite à ma demande. Je recommande à 100% !!

Il manquait juste une poêle pour cuisiner et une planche à découper.

Location near to the center, markets, parking, Metro station, restaurants.

the view from the balcony was behind the block of flats where the street was full of prostitutes and abandonez buildings; the noise they made was infernal and lasted every night until 5 am; even with the windows closed the noise was really disturbing and you couldn't rest at all.

Il frigo puzzava, stoviglie lavate male. Lavatrice e doccia sporche. In cucina e in camera da letto abbiamo trovato due scarafaggi.Pessima posizione: sotto il balcone stavano le prostitute, vedevamo alcuni drogati, inoltre mal odore di pipì per strada

The location , the size the ease for everything was so good The apartment had everything we needed and more !!!

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Maria and Lorenzo met us when we arrived and gave us all the important instructions we needed. The location of the house is very unique, it can be found next to the old red light district and we had the opportunity to see the old ruined houses where people still live their life. The apartment has a large balcony with spectacular view of the old town and the sea. It was good to have breakfast there or just have a glass of wine in the evening. We could reach the center within a few minutes walk. We liked staying here very much!

All was ok, but if possible to say something, some more kitchen equipments like microwave would have been nice. But anyway we were not there to cook so it was not a huge problem. You can find fantastic restaurants in Catania, so go to one of them and eat there.... :-)

Very spacious apartment on the 6th floor with a view to the city. We really enjoyed the stay there and started the day on the balcony almost everyday. Hosts were kind.

It wasnt a problem for us but the road looming fown from the balcony accommodates prostitutes which actually was a sight on its own during the day and night. It was peaceful.

The hosts were absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed, and they kindly waited for us to arrive and hand over the keys at 2 AM. A big thanks for their incredible hospitality. The apartment itself is very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you might need. Both the living room and the master bedroom have access to a large terrace that offers a stunning view of Catania's historical area, and you can even spot the sea in the distance. Each room is equipped with an LCD TV and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The apartment is located, very close to the historical center and the main attractions of Catania, making it perfect for exploring the city. Public transportation is easily accessible, providing convenient travel options. Additionally, there are supermarkets nearby (LIDL, Eurospin, and Penny).

Although the apartment is very close to the historical center, the location itself is not ideal. Across from the building entrance, there is an empty lot, and both the front and back streets are frequented by prostitutes. This can make the area feel less safe, especially in the evenings and over the night. Additionally, the towels had a strange smell, likely because, during the colder winter months, they couldn't be properly dried.
