Good location, exceptionally clean. All essential kitchen appliances supplied and in good working order.

The accommodation was ideal but the surrounding area is a little run down. People shouldn’t be put off as the accommodation itself is immaculate. It is in walking distance to the leisure centre, shops, pubs, restaurant's, beach, amusements and bus station.

Stuart was great, meeting us there and telling us everything we needed to know bout the apartment and the area. Loved the place and garden. Perfect for us and our dog. Fantastic location with parking.

The flat was spacious, well furnished and comfortable. Kitchen was a good size and easy to work in. All amenities in easy walking distance, including small convenience store. Places to eat very near if weather inclement including a Weatherspoons. Main shopping area and harbour only a short walk away to the south, whilst quieter area of North Beach only a spit and a stride away.

As older couple with certain medical problems we were disappointed to find that windows were locked and sealed with perspex so cottage lacked good ventilation. Would have particularly liked better bedroom ventilation. Leaving kitchen door open for fresh air meant house was soon invaded by various flying insects (glad we took a fly spray). Suggest a couple of egg cups might be a useful addition! And there was no Yorkshire Tea as promised! Apart from those nitpicking trivialities we had no major grumbles. Well, apart from one other - far too many scatter cushions that serve no useful purpose!

I can highly recommend this lovely flat, spotlessly clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay with the added bonus of a beautiful little garden with seating and table, great location 5 minutes stroll to the beach, you won't be disappointed ❤️

Lovely apartment in a great location, very short walk to all the cafes, restaurants and pubs, plus the sea front promenade. Apartment is very clean, all the amenities you require for a short or long stay. Small garden which is a sun trap is brilliant for chilling out with a drink etc.... comfy bed, tv in every room plus free parking. Definitely will be going back, good communication with our host Stuart and his friend Phil (who showed us around etc....) 10/10 👍
