Good location

My 4-year-old daughter expressed a desire to swim for 30 minutes, but unfortunately, we were informed that she was not yet permitted to do so. Despite arriving at the swimming facility promptly at 8:20 am, we were unable to gain access as the office did not open until 9 am. Consequently, we were advised that she should not swim, even though we were already at the pool. Understandably, my daughter was quite disappointed, leading us to return to our room without attempting to revisit the pool. It would have been appreciated if the staff had kindly informed us that she could swim for 30 minutes and settle the payment afterwards.

The place is clean and comfortable to stay. It's within walking distance of the exam center.

Everything what you need around, nice location and cozy apartment

There were some cockroaches but might it's everywhere in Manila, not sure. Would be great if it would be at least one small bottle of water or tea bags

What you see in the picture is the same in the reality. Location is nice because it is with the mall vicinity. You can have all your needs.

Spacious and fully equiped kitchen, a washing machine was a bonus

Have to pay for the pool and have to go to the office to do it, which took ages And they close at 1pm on Saturday, which nobody told us and we missed it

The room is very clean, owner made sure that all the linens, bedsheets, and towels were newly changed and washed, very responsive owner, location is very good because there's mall downstairs if you want to buy groceries since there's kitchen or you can eat at restaurants, safe place, highly recommended
