Wifi is an issue

Location is good. You have restaurants within walking distance, but due to slopy road even a small distance is tiring(especially for senior citizens).

Breakfast is not included in the package. Limited choices and quality are below par. We also had dinner once, but couldn't eat due to low quality. The services are pathetic. I also had a stomach upset on the first day, but it could be due to eating out at other places- but be careful about the hygiene. I also paid twice on Phonepe (by system error on the app). Despite reminding the hotel, I never got the refund. The amount was not big so I didn't consider wasting my time pursuing it further. I travel a lot but have never had such a pathetic experience.
