Victus Spacious Apartments in the City Center by Noclegi Renters

The property is well located right beside Sopot train station and a small shopping centre. It’s also a stones throw from the Main Street in sopot.

No toaster, condiments would have been a nice touch. It felt a little ‘Ikea’ like and would benefit from some special items to make it feel more luxurious.

Location was good.

We had room on ground floor which was dark and small. Bed was place in kind of niche of the wall, clauhtofobic type. Windows were at level of people you could see and hear talking on the phone smoking next to you. For me big no.

The location was excellent, really handy to get the train into Gdansk and Gdynia and just off the main street. The apartment was really clean and wifi was good.

A microwave and toaster in the kitchen would have been a bonus

The apartment is lovely with everything you could need.

Where to start? We knew there was no parking but were dismayed when the police arrived to move us on while we tried to unload cases before going to park. The police came a second time that day after we discovered two drunken individuals asleep on the stairs INSIDE the building. Twice we had to fetch staff, as they came back after being moved on. We asked why they could not simply lock the outside door but met with no response. Guess what happened next? Yes, each night there were all the local drunken homeless shouting and falling about outside our door. I tried to contact the owners several times and they ignored me. In the end, after ZERO sleep on the last night, we left early in the morning to get a hotel. Absolutely NO help from Booking.com either. DO NOT STAY HERE if you have a family. It is dangerous and threatening.

Location clean and comfortable apartment

All was good

The apartment is gorgeous, very spacious with everything you need. Right next to Sopot train station and several bars and restaurants. 5 mins walk to main street, 10 mins to the beach, perfect location.

Was only one fan, could have done with another one for the other bedroom. Staff were at best unhelpful at check in, at worst rude! We had the top floor 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 6, for which the balcony was tiny with just 2 chairs .
