Proprietaria molto disponibile, appartamento molto carino!

Große Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon, überraschend ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Sehr weit oben, 5. Etage, ohne Aufzug, aber für uns okay. Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, zudem überall Fenster. Sehr freundlicher Service und gute Erreichbarkeit. Mini-Lebensmittelladen direkt um die Ecke.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, es war alles okay.

Die Klimaanlagen haben Gott sei Dank funktioniert der Kühlschrank im Gegenteil nicht aber sonst alles gut

Der nicht funktionierende Kühlschrank und der vierte Stock auch waren die Nachbarn etwas laut

It was easy to get on a bus to get to the city center. The host was responsive and accessing the apartment was easy. We were supplied with Nespresso pods and that was nice to have.

The lack of kitchen cooking tools made cooking very difficult. There was no frying pan, all of the drinking glasses were tiny, there were no kitchen towels.Really all there was was 2 pasta pots and a cutting board and knife. There was no hand soap anywhere in the apt. The AC unit in the kitchen was leaking, so we had to put a bowl under it, There was an ashtray with cigarette buts left on on the balcony. This was mentioned in the ad, but it is a 4th floor walk up.

The main issue was the poor cleanliness The sheets and the pillows are "used" and creased with some spots on them. They just spray them with some cheap and bad perfume to make them smells like they were clean and fresh, but the result was just quite the opposite. Also the floor wasnt clean as well and in the kitchen there were some crumbs, leftovers maybe from the previous visitors and the Kitchen utensils were not clean well too. Plus there is no any available bin trush in the bathroom but only in the kitchen! The second bed wasnt for an adult, it was small and totally uncomfartable. Price too high for what it offers.
