Luxury Villas in Alazani Valley Residence

The view is amazing.. Living space is big with fireplace. The kitchen is well aquiped. Beds are comfortable, and the balcony is huge. The garden is very nice. It's 7 minutes from Telavi centre, the same distance from the tsinandali estate.

The third bedroom is on the third floor, which is uncomfortable. The place was clean, but it seemed they had cleaned days before our arrival, and dust was on the shelves.

Geräumige schön eingerichtete Villa. Viel Platz. Traumhafte Aussicht ins Tal, schöne Lage, wenn man Ruhe haben möchte.

Leider war es nicht so sauber bei unserer Anreise. Wände sehr hellhörig. Im Nachbarshaus wurde die ganze Nacht sehr laut gefeiert, wir konnten erst um zwei Uhr nachts einschlafen, nachdem wir um Ruhe gebeten haben. Dafür konnten natürlich die Vermieter nichts, für uns war es jedoch sehr schlimm.

The kitchen is well equipped, the views are amazing, and the location is convenient if you have a car. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

Everything is perfect

Exceptional villa, very well equipped. Beautiful views of the mountains. The villa is furnished very tastefully with gorgeous artwork. Our family will definitely be back.

Шикарные виллы, новые, укомплектованные всем необходимым (от столовых приборов до кофеварки, посудомоечной машины и стиралки). Отличный вид на горы, своя терраса, летом будет бассейн, есть небольшая территория для прогулок и мини детская площадка. Самостоятельное заселение\выселение, не надо никого ждать. Натия нам со всеми вопросами помогала по вацапу. из совсем приятного - есть рабочий кабинет с монитором и кайфовый камин в гостиной. Мы бы с радостью остановились тут на пару недель летом))

слив в душе на втором этаже был забит какой то грязью, но в целом мы сами почистили и все было норм мы были в марте, а в доме на полу плитка и поэтому пол был холодный, а включить мы его в итоге сами не смогли - очень очень не хватало тапочек или кроксов (берите с собой обязательно) в целом это не минусы, нам все очень понравилось

Host was responsive and helped with everything even though we communicated through the phone. Everything was great and the fireplace was just an icing on the cake.

We struggled for about 15-20 minutes to get inside, be aware that the doorknob has invisible touch panel for code that gets shown only once you touch it. But try not to enter a number with the first touch :)
